When you request a booking, we collect your name, contact information (e.g. WhatsApp, Instagram, or email), preferred date/time, and number of participants. That's all — we do not collect addresses, birth dates, or ID numbers.
Card and payment details never touch our systems. Payments are processed entirely by licensed payment providers (e.g. Korean PG companies / PayPal). Messages sent through the Contact form are delivered directly to us and are not stored on this website.
Only to arrange and run your class: confirming availability, sending your payment link, and contacting you about your booking. We do not send marketing messages, and we never sell or share your information with third parties.
Booking records are kept as required by Korean tax law, then deleted. If you'd like your information removed earlier, contact us and we'll delete it wherever the law allows.
You may ask us at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — just use the contact form.
